The plug is out of the socket or the adapter is not working.

  1. Contact the client (if unsuccessful, contact the team);

  2. Have the client or the care team check whether the plug is still in the socket;

  3. Put the plug in the socket;

  4. If the lamp on the adapter does not light up, contact the Medido helpdesk.
